Terms and disclaimer

These terms describe the Release 1 coaching portal provided by RV Fitness. They should be read with the Privacy Policy.
Coaching service
RV Fitness provides fitness, exercise and nutrition coaching through assessments, plans, check-ins, progress tracking, workout records and coach-reviewed reports. Features and schedules may be adjusted to maintain the service or reflect an agreed coaching approach.
Not medical care
RV Fitness does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency services. Coaching information is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional.
You are responsible for providing accurate health, medication, injury and limitation information, seeking medical advice where appropriate, and stopping or modifying activity if you experience pain or concerning symptoms. Contact local emergency services for an emergency rather than using this portal or WhatsApp.
Accounts and minors
Account information must be accurate and kept reasonably current. Keep your password private and notify RV Fitness if you suspect unauthorized access. The coach may reject, deactivate or restrict an account where verification fails, information is materially inaccurate, safety requires it or the service is misused.
A client under 18 requires guardian details, recorded guardian consent, manual guardian verification and coach approval before the account is approved.
Plans, progress and results
Plans and recommendations depend on the information available to the coach and may need adjustment. Individual results vary, and RV Fitness does not guarantee a particular weight, measurement, health, performance or appearance outcome. Progress photos are optional.
Communications
You may opt in to automated WhatsApp coaching messages and opt out in your profile. WhatsApp messages are outbound-only and replies are not monitored. Use the portal or support@rvfitness.in for assistance.
Service availability
RV Fitness takes reasonable steps to keep the portal available and accurate, but maintenance, internet services and external providers may cause delays or interruptions. Do not rely on the portal as the sole copy of information you need urgently.
Responsible use
Do not attempt to access another person's account or private files, interfere with security controls, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use the portal in a way that harms another person or the service. Coaching materials are supplied for the client's personal coaching use and should not be sold or presented as another person's work.
